Order Change Policy

 There is a grace period of 30 minutes if you need you to amend your order (delivery date or address) before your order is processed. After this time, changes are not possible. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with the condition of your flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 2 hours. Please contact us prior to returning any order to us and advise your name and further details. Flower orders must be returned to us the same day as delivery. A refund to the original payment method will then be processed.

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t then please contact us as soon as possible. You can return items to us within 7 days of receipt and receive an alternative product or full refund to the value of the original product(s) purchased. Please contact us prior to returning any product(s) to us and include your name and further details.

Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the product(s). Products must be returned in a resalable condition, and carefully repackaged in the original packaging. We recommend that you use an insured and trackable delivery service and request and retain proof of posting for any items returned.
