If you (the customer) are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 12 hours.
If you wish you to change your order (for example date or delivery address) please let us know 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
If you cancel your order and request a refund, please note we keep the 3% card processing fee.
If you wish to cancel your order for Christmas, Valentines or Mother’s Day delivery, please provide 7 days notice for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice no refund will be given.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and posted back to us within 14 days of your order date. Please quote your order number in the subject line when emailing us at email@example.com
Note: any cost associated with returning an item/s are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service with Royal Mail.
