Refund Policy

FLOWERS 

If you are unhappy with the condition of your flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 4 hours.

If you wish you to change your order (for example date or delivery address) please let us know as soon as possible. 

If you cancel your order and request a refund, please note we keep the 3% card processing fee.

If you wish to cancel your order for Christmas, Valentines or Mother’s Day delivery, please provide 3 days notice for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 3 days notice no refund will be given. 

WREATH & GIFTWARE ITEMS 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and posted back to us within 14 days of your order date. Please quote your order number in the subject line when emailing us at honeybeeblooms@outlook.com

Note: any cost associated with returning an item/s are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service with Royal Mail. Thank you
