Each customer will automatically earn 4 points for every order placed between £60 and £100. You will need to register (create an account) which is quick & easy and that will automatically credit your loyalty account with a **BONUS** 2 points.

On our homepage you’ll see a grey star ‘Loyalty Scheme’ button which when logged into your new account you’ll be able to view your points balance and also redeem your points with a discount code once you have earned enough etc.

20 points = £5 OFF

If you are unhappy with the condition of your flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 4 hours.
If you wish you to change your order (for example date or delivery address) please let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel your order and request a refund, please note we keep the 3% card processing fee.
If you wish to cancel your order for Christmas, Valentines or Mother’s Day delivery, please provide 3 days notice for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 3 days notice no refund will be given.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and posted back to us within 14 days of your order date. Please quote your order number in the subject line when emailing us at email@example.com
